Gratitude 2013 - Day 6 - Walks

I am thankful today for walks.

I've discovered a new appreciation (not quite love yet) for them - especially first thing in the morning. They jump start my day, clear my head, and make me feel healthy. I am thankful that I am healthy enough to walk and it gets better every week.

I encourage you to take a walk today if you can - even a five minute walk will make you feel better!
