Miley. She has accomplished what she wanted by Sunday night's twerking performance. Everyone is talking about her. I am disappointed, but not surprised. My 17 year old said perhaps this is who she really is and the whole Miley/Hannah persona was fake. It was television after all. How easily we believe advertising.
Elizabeth Esther said it's not a surprise. She's probably right. I wonder, would we have reacted with the same outrage if it had been Madonna, Lady Gaga or Beyonce? The answer is no.
Don't like what she did? Then don't watch, don't buy her music. Like a rebellious teen or a temper tantrum throwing toddler - she's just trying to get attention. We choose what happens next in this story.
