Vacation . . . one of my favorite things

I love vacations, be they small or big. You probably guessed that if you've been watching my blog posts this month. A vacation gives me an opportunity to gain new perspective. When my kids were little I can't say they were relaxing, it was the same work just in a different location. Nowadays the vacation might be tiring because we're packed with activity trying to get in as much as possible (our trip to California) or because we've rented a house and still have to "live" (cooking, laundry, etc.) But it doesn't matter. Vacations are energizing even if they are physically tiring. I always come back with something new. Either a new attitude, a new thought, a new goal. I love vacations!
