Reading OR Writing

I decided to expand my blog reading to stretch my experience. I picked up reading http://www.elizabethesther.com/ , http://www.dutchbeingme.com/ and http://www.sarahjoyalbrecht.com/ all through Twitter. (check out the list in the column on the right) Actually I've found several through Twitter that stretch me in my thinking. But I have neglected writing myself when I read the deep thoughts that run through some of these blogs. What do I have to say?

I've been trying to read "The Horse Whisperer", but if I read it then writing my own children's novel seems light. But if I read children's novels by others, I'm afraid I'll copy . . .

So, what to do? Hmmm . . . don't know yet -but I'll figure it out.

In the middle of all this, my husband, children, household, and job need attention.

It's Monday - let's see if I can balance today.
